  The report mainly concerns with the efficient use of manpower at a workplace, keeping in mind it's long term and careful usage by the user.the report emphasizes mainly on the overall beneficial outcome from all the aspects except one concerning the implementation of a process in the company. though maintenance of machines is not required all the time,but to have a system well placed when the need arises is useful if the production is substantial.The facts and conditions considered in the report to come to a conclusion are highly feasible and can be benefecial to the company in the long run.The problem with the elderly is a concern,but they can accompany with a young worker or may chose to send someone else for the work as their physical strength eventually degrades with time.

  Every company wants to earn more and saving is also a form of earning if it is not an imposed one.Keeping all the factors in mind,the assesser searched all the possible dimensions of implementing this proccess and did not find a single concrete thing to not to implement it with immediate effect.

  Working hours are cruicial and if one could save some of it then it is money which is saved.The objective and purpose should be clear to get a desired output which this report mentions in a good manner.Efficiency is one of the important parameter which signifies the performance of a company which is clearly defined in this report.
