    0.35 g NaCl in 10mL solution

    3.5 g NaCl in 100 mL solution.

    ie mass percentage of NaCl solution is 3.5%.

    To collapse blood cells due to loss water by osmosis, the mass percentage of salt solution should be less than 0.9%.here mass percentage is 3.5%, which is greater than 0.9%.so there is no effect on blood cells by NaCl solution.thank you
